RE: HUMBLE REQUEST
Please note that I have been participating in world competitions since 1993. I have also delighted in the same and hope that your NOBLE organization may find favour in whoever realizes.

It is quite a long time since I started delving in this and I hope to continue indefinitely. I have never won a single prize but whether I will or not I am determined to forge ahead.

I have started a club, namely ALL ARTS CLUB INTERNATIONAL INC.which is determined to take the nation of Kenya and the world by surprise, due to its low membership subscription and excellent service. The club is expected to go international within six months. Due to the low and astonishing Economic status of Africa and the Globe at large the clubs Momentum is enhanced. But will jack out as members stream in and enroll online or manually.
The following items are needed for its take off.

1. Computer Hardware and software.

2. Official premises.

3. Transport.

4. Air time purchase in local and International Medias.

5. Payment of Salaries, Rents, Insurance Premiums, Office furniture and fittings

6. External pledging.

7. Donations to the needy.

Duties;
The club will teach its members all types of arts, Visual Literal and Audio. The students will be expected to choose between local or abroad tuition. These teachings will involve the clubs tutors to move and carry out their duties everywhere. They will also use television and Radio air times.

The membership involves everybody and is expected to take over all professions, but we are starting with department ONE-visual(Art-Works) which will have a membership of 5,000,000 within 8 months. Since I am an accountant by Profession in one of the leading Parastatals,the Accountancy is soon commencing.

Appeal since the operations of this club and its survival require FINANCE it is in this regard that I am appealing to you to sponsor the expenditure of one item or several or all, with obligation. The sponsorship can be withdrawn as soon as the Financial Stability of the club is achieved.
Supervision and use of these assets so far provided is declarable by you as there are to your jurisdiction.

PERSONAL

I am a Kenyan citizen, 53years of age happily married and blessed with three daughters (aged 19, 13 and 8 respectively). I am saved Christian. And housed by my parastatal in the most richly known suburb of the city of Mombasa.Kenya,East Africa
I own one vehicle Toyota  Surf Hilux 2003. I have sold 300 pieces of Art works and about 700 copies comprise of Finished Stock ready for market.

Its worthy noting that my Esteemed Parastatal—Kenya Ports Authority(kpa) will have its membership enrollment and other management done well to also give them favourable grounds.This may include
Soft Payroll Deductions at a commission subject to discussion between Executive and KPA’s management—Other Big Companies will follow suit.
PROFESSIONS

1. ART WORKS:-

I have won twice in the republic in both design and interpretation of Art works -1st and 4th position-1981 and 1982 respectively.
I also represent Coast Province at National in High Jump at Kabarak Univercity

1. ACCOUTANCY:-

I have studied up to Part II of Certified Public Accountants (CPA)

1. COMPUTER LITRATE-all Computer packages

2. MUSIC:-

I can play well the most known musical instruments including Accordion, Keyboard and Harmonica.

1. I am a member of the world known Producer and distributor of Bibles:-

CONCLUSION
I want to say that your CONTEST has taught me many things and hope that my club will continue to be pegged (after you Authority to do so) and will help in eradicating the ills of a society – Corruption, Drug abuse, Poverty e.t.c
THIS CAN BE ACHIEVED BY KEEPING EVERYBODY’S MIND BUSY ESPECIALLY THE TEENAGERS AND YOUTH IN KENYA.

HONOURABLE MENTION

This is to certify that Mwangi Cyrus Kinyanjui was awarded H.M.(Honourable Mention) Prize in the 4th Sejong International Cartoon Contest which was held under the theme of 'Primitive Socierty.Modern Life' to build the new world.
Mr.Mwangi was amoung the 36,000 entrants in this cartegory where only 77were Honourably Mentioned.This was a enormous honour knowing that this
contest is the Largest of its kind according to the Giuniouss Book of Records.This was in October 2015.

As the Club continious to gather speed,members can be employed by the Club whether they have jobs or not.Also members can be selling the works entrusted
to them by the club at a commission or/and their own created work and can invest such monies by buying shares in the Club.

The Club has also come up the RECOVERY IDEOLOGIES .
1.Health--In case a member falls sick.he can contact the management and an ambulance is available in good time to take him to hospital of his choice.
NB.The Club will only cater for transport cost.

2.Engineering.--You may be having items which have deteriorated due to age or other factors,They can be repaired at a cheaper cost.This may be done through earlier arrangement. These  may include tvs,cars,iron boxes,Please note arrangements by the Club to buy such Assets can only be reached if ownership to the same is proven.
