GOOD MORNING: ALL ARTS CLUB INTERNATIONAL
WELCOME TO YOUR INTERNATIONAL FIRM
BRIEF:

• The club had its birth, as founder himself had it, as a talent. Hence, the club is a rekindled initiative to promote talents, more than anything else that one can fathom on.
• This club was initially founded in 1980, when he was awarded the Number 1 (Top –class) certificate award in Kenya as National winner. This was presented by the Environment and Natural Resources Minister – Dr. Leakey – for Minister then. In the subsequent year (1981), he was awarded 4th position (Honorably Mentioned) in the Republic.
• Since then. the production and management of the club has been of a qualifying Accountant by profession and 30year old experience in a busy accounting Parastatal – Kenya Ports Authority ,Pension Dept, Until the current date.

 

SUBSCRIPTION

The club is welcoming a general subscription of Kshs 5,000/= (say shillings five thousand only) for members aged 2 years and above and a renewal of Kshs 4,000/= (say shilling four thousand only) yearly . So this targeted funds pool is to enable, the club to manage the expenditure of channeling its teaching through Television, Radios, Newspapers and other Medias including  seminars in schools, churches and other institutions-this is to facilitate a phenomena of unearthing children’s and other people’s of these talents and amplify them on time. This is mostly done by the parents and guardians. If they have no ability to it. The club has a high Esteemed Ability to do it, if approached for help.
Since the club has no age limit. The following are its standards

Disabled members as per Government Doctors’Medical Board, Districts Commissioners’ and Head of institutions certificates will have to be produced. The doctor has to clarify the degree of Disability- other overheads will be born in full Please note their membership is free. . They also should be members of National council for Disability.

REQUEST:

The government is hereby requested to grant an existence of All Arts International Club classes in all institutions of learning. This will facilitate an all in all, awareness to such a club just like the Wild Life Clubs of Kenya.

• Any club which is being born to a school will be recognized especially during all annual competition where cash and kind presents will be born especially from sponsors. All categories including the youngest and oldest member, the highest marks graduation will be recognized and / or investment.
• For this reason when a piece is done – it can be sold by the clubs in the showroom or by the member himself and net amount will be paid after recovery of 35% after cost. The money will be paid personally and direct to the member/s who has the option of buying shares in the firm and/or will gain marks for the purchase - NB marks for the production and sale – marks and shares for all these and a subsequent investment.
• As if this is not enough, the finished piece so produced and certified correct as the standards of a finished stock of the firm will so be depreciated at 8% at straight-line method as this work is very fragile and absolute. This work will be certified packed/sealed and delivered to any international destination using a security courier at a cost of 60% of the Net production cost overhead;

 

INVESTMENT AND CAPITAL FINANCE

Capital outlay of the club will be as follows:A minimum of 50 shares at a par value of Kshs.100 each
5% 5000/= Deferred shares
5% 5000/= Ordinary shares
5% 5000/= Preference shares

Normal public will only get preference shares which are non-cummulative and non-participative. The companies will get murals and painting done so as to advertise their business mostly at the background of the Managing Directors office.
The design of the Managing Director’s office should not exceed 3m x 2m excess of which should be born by the company. They can also choose their nature of the murals to be done, and their subject matter should not exceed Kshs 350,000 as a cost to the club, which should not be less than the asset pledged. These pledged assets will be competed for by member, at AGM.

NATURE

All nature of  arts works will be considered, also Audio and Lateral and sciences will be surfaced soon. Tutors will be welcome and contracted by the club at a specific fee and duration established which will be done in Radio, TVs and Newspapers. In service staff will be contracted to expose the club’s business using their own experience and profession. Members who are jobless will be contracted to sell club’s art works at the following categories.This will involve Part-Time or Full- Time Employment by the Club.
SALES:

• Kshs 2,000/- at 10% commission
• Kshs 3,000/- to 4,000/- at 15% commission
• Kshs 4,000/- - 6,000/- 20% commission
• Kshs 6,000/- - 10,000/- 30% commission
• Kshs 10,000/- and above 35% commission

As earlier discussed, the club has 700 Artworks ready for market.The more the sale you make the more the Commission.The above tariffs will take course immediately. The members will enter into a written contract and the specification will lead down sales. Trained sales managers and their experience will have this as an added advantage.
Journalists who produce works in the newspaper and of which are produced by the club will have a package also to enjoy.
All arts club International inc is universal in that the members are given computer numbers and the identity is only exposed at higher ranks, if need be. This is a check on tribalism, nepotism, or ethical evils. In competitions, any entrant who will disclose his name will be disqualified.
Members subscription is worldwide and a sales agents e.g Pentos Inc (Athena Galleries) which has galleries all over the World and oversees tuition – ABC Paris School of Art, are among the many International Companies who have showed interest in the Club.Members will be trained by this school-internationally or locally by All Arts Club International inc.
For competition purposes, worldwide, The International Cartoon contest, will issue a Computer Identity Code, like the Club Founder’s and can win not less than Japanese Yen 6million (say JY six million only) and other jack –posts)
These winnings are variable and political and as such the competitor should have a gigantic stamina.

• Enroll yourself in the club and invite others to the club at a commission of 10% of the subscription to be credited to your Account immedietely. This 10% can be turned points to be considered at the end of the year during  AGM at a Ratio of 10points for 1 Sh.(10:1)

NB you can also sell merchandise and use your monies as you wish or invest in the club and also earn points.

• Withdrawing members from the club will be authorized by the Executives and will have to stay in the club for 3years since investment but points will be redeemed at request at AGM.

Also note that NO REFUNDS OF MONEY IS ALLOWED.MEMBERSHIP CEASES WITH LIFE OF THE MEMBER AND ONLY ONE DEPENDANT—NEXT OF KIN,INHERITES THE ESTATE,SO LONG AS YEARLY RENEWALS ARE MADE ON  or before 01/01 of the presiding year.THIS DEPENDANT ENJOYS THE MEMBERSHIP FOR 5 YEARS AFTER THE DEATH PARENT OR GUARDIAN.MEMBERS CAN NOMINATE DEPENDANTS SO LONG AS THEY ARE LESS THAN 21YEARS.
THE MANAGEMENT OF ALL ARTS CLUB IS PLAYING A MAJOR ROLE IN KEEPING OUR YOUNG PEOPLE BUSY AND THUS DEALING WELL WITH DRUGS/SUBSTANCE ABUSE.
